Pipe connection
★ Ensure a flawless pipe socket connection by adhering to these precise procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and the pipe fitting socket before applying any adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive carefully, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coating on all surfaces.
4. Align the pipe direction accurately, insert into the marked position in a single motion, and rotate by 1/4 turn.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured for secure adhesion.
★ Follow these essential guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, and ensure that they remain inaccessible to non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site, and ensure adequate ventilation throughout the process.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never apply direct flame to the adhesive points for drying.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves for protection. In case of accidental adhesive contact with the eyes, flush immediately with water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Precisely determine the length of each pipe layer based on measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines to ensure clean, flat cuts without deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove as needed, maintaining a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove any resulting debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, gently clean excess adhesive with a bit of detergent on cotton yarn or a dry cloth. Allow the joint to cure according to adhesive performance and climate conditions, especially extending curing time during winter construction.
