Pipe connection
★ Adhere to the following meticulous procedures for pipe socket connections to ensure optimal performance:
1. Begin by meticulously wiping clean both the pipe socket and the pipe fitting socket before applying bonding agents.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port to ensure precision.
3. Apply the adhesive uniformly; begin with the socket followed by the pipe, ensuring an even distribution for robust adhesion.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked area in a single motion, followed by a 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Thoroughly clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is completely cured.
★ Follow these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain excellent ventilation at bonding sites, strictly avoiding open flames to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from heating adhesive points with open flames.
4. Equip construction staff with protective gloves. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse generously with water and seek immediate medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the precise length of sawed pipes based on detailed measurements and each fitting's dimensions. Utilize tools like fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to ensure a clean, deformation-free cut. For efficient bonding, file a 15°-30° groove, extending no less than 3mm in length and measuring 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall's thickness. Upon completion, clear all debris for a pristine finish.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, carefully clean residual adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with detergent such as acetone. Allow the adhesive to cure in silence, adjusting for adhesive properties and environmental conditions. During winter, allocate additional curing time as necessary.
