Pipe connection
★ For optimal results, follow these precise procedures for pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure the pipe and fitting sockets are thoroughly cleaned before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive systematically, starting with the socket and moving to the pipe, ensuring even and suitable coverage.
4. With precision, align and insert into the marked section, rotating 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has cured completely.
★ Adhere to these safety protocols for secure adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment and ensure proper ventilation at bonding sites for safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from fire baking adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves for protection. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected fittings. Employ fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure sections remain flat and deformation-free. For socket gluing, file a 15°-30° groove, with a minimum length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 pipe wall thickness. Clean thoroughly after grooving.
Socket protection:
Following socket connection, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a detergent like acetone to clean extruded adhesive. Allow to remain static until the interface cures, adjusting for adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing times during winter construction for optimal results.
