Pipe connection
★ Execute pipe socket connections with precision by adhering to the following meticulous procedures:
1. Clean both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket thoroughly before applying adhesive to ensure a strong bond.
2. Measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port accurately for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked section in one smooth motion, then rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface cures completely, ensuring a secure connection.
★ Adhere to these essential adhesive safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and application:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, and restrict access to skilled operators only.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain excellent ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from heating adhesive points with fire.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush eyes with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements of each connected fitting layer. Utilize tools such as fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure a flat cut without section deformation. File the socket end into a 15°-30° groove, with a length no less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the wall. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive using a cloth dipped in mild detergent like acetone. Allow curing based on adhesive performance and climate; extend curing time in winter.
