Pipe connection
★ Achieve a flawless pipe socket connection by meticulously following these essential steps:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before bonding for a strong connection.
2. Precisely measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for accurate alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and moving to the pipe, for a uniform and effective bond.
4. Align properly, insert in one motion to the mark, and rotate a quarter turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to prevent unwanted mess.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a strong joint.
★ Adhere to these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners as needed, restricted to trained operators only.
2. Maintain good ventilation and avoid open flames at the bonding site for safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC; do not use fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Opt for fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to ensure clean, flat cuts without deformation. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove using a medium file, ensuring a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove any debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically per adhesive performance and climate conditions, extending curing time in winter.
