Pipe connection
★ Ensure meticulous adherence to these procedures for pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding to ensure optimal contact.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly; start with the socket then the pipe, ensuring even and adequate coverage.
4. Align carefully, insert fully to the marking, and rotate a 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safe usage provisions for adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners as needed; non-operators should refrain from use.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment and ensure good ventilation at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In the event of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length layer by layer, based on actual measurements and pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure cuts are flat with no sectional deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove with medium board files. Groove length should exceed 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of wall thickness. Remove debris upon completion.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow it to remain static until cured, adjusting curing time appropriately in winter conditions.
