Pipe connection
★ For optimal pipe socket connections, adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are meticulously cleaned before commencing bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe appropriately.
3. Apply adhesive with precision, first coating the socket followed by the pipe, ensuring even and adequate coverage.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marking in one swift motion, and rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the freshly bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure safe adhesive usage by observing these critical safety measures:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites, ensuring optimal ventilation throughout.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from applying heat to the adhesive joints.
4. Equip construction personnel with necessary safety gear like gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with copious water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length precisely, following measured dimensions for each connected fitting. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure smooth, deformation-free cuts, and prepare the socket for gluing by filing a 15°-30° groove. Ensure groove depth is at least 3mm, aligning with 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove all debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, meticulously clean extruded adhesive with acetone-dipped cotton or dry cloth. Allow the joint to cure statically, adjusting for adhesive properties and climate conditions. Extend curing time appropriately for winter installations.
