Pipe connection
★ Primary Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can be made using flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean and mark the insertion depth on the pipes to be connected.
2. Scrape the exterior surface.
3. Position the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment.
4. Begin electric welding, observing for slight melt ejection as an indicator.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
