Pipe connection
★ The primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are utilized for integrating with metal pipes and accessories.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean and mark the insertion depth on the pipe to be joined.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring axial alignment.
4. Electrofusion welding is performed, observing for a slight ejection of melt as an indication.
5. Post-welding, allow sufficient cooling to complete the process.
