Pipe Connection
★ Our pipeline connects efficiently via various methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, flange or transition pipe connections are suitable.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the dirt off the pipe to be connected, and mark the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis for optimal connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring they remain aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding. A visible ejection of melt from the hole serves as an observation point.
5. After cooling, the electric melt process is complete, securing a robust connection.
