Pipe connection
★ Ensure secure pipe socket connections by following these stringent procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying bonding agents.
2. Accurately measure the socket's depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, coating the socket first, followed by the pipe, for optimal bonding.
4. Align precisely and insert the pipe with a 1/4 turn to the marked depth in one smooth motion.
5. Clean any remaining adhesive from the socket to ensure a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners responsibly; restrict use to trained personnel only.
2. Avoid open flames near bonding sites and ensure excellent ventilation.
3. Refrain from construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Workers should wear gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements of connected fittings. Use tools like fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines. Ensure cuts are flat with no deformation. File the socket end to a 15°-30° groove, with a minimum 3mm length, and a groove thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clean all debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with a cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Let it sit until cured, considering the adhesive's performance and climate. Extend cure time for winter conditions.
