Pipe Connection
★ Adhere to the following meticulous procedures for pipe socket connection:
1. Cleanse the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before applying bonding agents.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, ensuring an even coating.
4. Align correctly, insert swiftly into the marked part, and rotate a quarter turn for secure fitting.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive lingering in the socket to maintain a clean, seamless connection.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, guaranteeing strength and integrity.
★ Comply with the following safety measures when using adhesives:
1. Limit adhesive and cleaning agent use to trained operators only.
2. Ensure no open flames are present, and maintain excellent ventilation in the bonding area.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesives.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical assistance.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean, deformation-free cut. File the socket part to be glued into a 15°-30° groove, with a length not less than 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear away debris post-grooving for optimal bonding.
Socket Protection:
After connecting, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a detergent like acetone. Allow the connection to cure, taking into account adhesive performance and climate, with an extended cure time for winter conditions.
