Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, ensure accuracy by marking the socket depth at the insertion end of the pipe, guaranteeing a precise and secure fit.
★ Prior to connection, meticulously clean the pipe and fitting end faces. Thread the pipe through the pipe joint cover to prepare for connection.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to judiciously heat both pipes and fittings slated for connection. It's imperative that the heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the designated heating time is reached, swiftly remove pipes and fittings simultaneously, and insert them to the marked depth in a straight line without rotation. This technique ensures the formation of a uniform flange at the joint.
