1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure optimal performance.
3. Connections to metal pipes and pipeline accessories can utilize flange or transition pipe connections for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Gently scrape the epidermis to prepare for a secure fit.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring a straight and consistent axis.
4. As you proceed with welding, observe for a small ejection of melt from the hole as a sign of successful bonding.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electric melting process with proficiency.
