Pipe connection
★ Our pipeline offers diverse connection methods that include:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, it is recommended to utilize hot melt butt or electrofusion connections for superior sealing.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and accessories, opt for flange or transition pipe connections for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean the connecting pipe's surface thoroughly and mark the insertion depth precisely.
2. Scrape the epidermis meticulously to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings over the pipe, maintaining straight alignment on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding until a slight melt appears at the observation hole, signifying completion.
5. Allow the connection to cool and solidify, completing the electrofusion process.
