Pipe connection

1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket to prepare them for bonding.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and clearly mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive thoughtfully, beginning with the socket and followed by the socket, ensuring the coating is evenly distributed.
4. Align correctly and insert with confidence, giving it a 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Neatly wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a strong bond.
★ Follow these critical safety measures for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a safe environment with good ventilation, avoiding open flames at the bonding site.
3. Refrain from construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to accelerate the curing process.
4. Equip personnel with gloves, and in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length with precision, layer by layer, based on accurate measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure sections are flat and deformation-free. Groove socket parts to a 15°-30° angle with a medium file for optimal bonding, extending the groove length to a minimum of 3mm, and matching groove thickness to 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving for a pristine surface.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, gently clean excess adhesive from the socket using cotton yarn or a cloth with a mild detergent, such as acetone. Allow the joint to cure in line with adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during colder months for best results.
