Pipe connection
★ Adhere to the following precise procedures for flawless pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before bonding to guarantee a secure fit.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly; start with the socket, followed by the pipe fitting, to ensure optimal coating distribution.
4. Carefully align and insert the pipe into the marked section, executing a smooth 1/4 turn to solidify placement.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the adhesive is fully cured, ensuring a robust connection.
★ For safe adhesive use, adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
1. Only trained operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with proper ventilation to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction under -10ºC; do not use open flames to dry adhesive points, preserving integrity.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Accurately measure and cut each pipe layer according to specific dimensions, using fine-tooth saws or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure clean, deformation-free cuts. Prepare the socket for adhesion by filing it into a 15°-30° groove, with a depth not less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal adhesion.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean the extruded adhesive from the socket using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure statically, adjusting curing times for winter conditions to ensure adhesive performance.
