Pipe connection
★ Adhere strictly to these precise procedures for a secure pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket are thoroughly clean before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply the adhesive meticulously - begin with the socket followed by the pipe socket, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Align accurately, insert into the marked area in one swift motion, and rotate a quarter turn.
5. Carefully wipe away any adhesive residue in the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured.
★ Ensure adhesive safety by adhering to these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents sparingly and responsibly; restrict access to non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free zone at the bonding site and ensure excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC; never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Select fine-toothed saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure the cut is flat with no section deformation. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. The groove should be at least 3mm long, with a thickness ranging from 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth lightly dampened with detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until cured, adjusted for adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time in winter.
