Pipe connection
★Primary pipeline connection methods:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections seamlessly.
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections for optimal performance.
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are suitable for linking to metal pipes and accessories.
★Electrofusion connection process
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth accurately.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment and axis consistency.
4. Proceed with electrical welding until a slight melt is visible, ensuring successful connection.
5. Allow the system to cool as the electric melting solidifies, completing the process.
