★ Clean and Thread: Ensure the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings are clean. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Heat with Precision: Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, adhering to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Seamless Connection: After heating, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert the straight line evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Complete the Joint: Put on the pipe joint cover post-welding.
