Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Clean the connecting surfaces of both pipes and fittings; then, thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the components. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the specific hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, swiftly remove both pipe and fittings and insert them to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the connection by putting on the pipe joint cover post-welding.
