Pipe connection
★ Ensure a flawless pipe socket connection by diligently following these precise procedures:
1. Meticulously clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and make precise markings on the pipe port.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and following through with the pipe, ensuring uniform coverage.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked region in a single motion, and rotate a quarter turn.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket promptly.
6. Stand the bonded pipe upright until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for adhesive use:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; keep them away from unauthorized personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site and ensure ample ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive area.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves and, if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse with copious water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Precisely determine the saw pipe length based on meticulous measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure a smooth cut without section deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, maintaining a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket, cleanse excess adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure, considering adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
