Pipe connection
★ Follow these precise instructions for pipe socket connection to ensure optimal performance and durability:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly clean.
2. Measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port for accurate alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly: start with the socket before proceeding to the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked position in one motion, then give it a 1/4 turn twist for secure fitting.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain cleanliness and effectiveness.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is completely cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives to ensure a secure and safe application:
1. Limit the use of adhesives and cleaning agents to trained operators only, and avoid unauthorized usage.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with adequate ventilation to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using open flames to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with ample water and seek hospital treatment as needed.


Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and connected fittings dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for the task. Ensure cuts are flat with no deformation. Groove the socket area at a 15°-30° angle, with a groove length of no less than 3mm and a thickness between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.

Socket protection:
After socket connection, carefully clean extruded adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth lightly moistened with a cleaner like acetone. Allow the connection to cure according to adhesive performance and weather conditions, extending curing time in winter conditions.
