Pipe connection
★Begin by marking the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★Clean both connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★Achieve a perfect match as pipes and fittings melt seamlessly into a single, unified structure.
