Pipe connection
★Mark the socket depth on the pipe's insertion end after piping.
★Prepare by cleaning the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover with precision.
★Utilize a hot melt machine to heat connections. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications required by the hot melt machine.
★After heating, swiftly remove and insert the pipe and fittings simultaneously to the marked depth without rotation. This forms a uniform flange at the joint.
★Secure the connection by applying the pipe joint cover post-welding.
