★ Lightweight and high specific strength: The specific gravity is approximately one-eighth that of steel pipes, boasting high pressure test strength, excellent toughness, and remarkable impact resistance.
★ The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, ensuring minimal flow resistance and reduced energy consumption in fluid conveying systems.
★ High heat resistance: Capable of handling water temperatures of 70ºC for long-term use, and can withstand up to 95ºC for short-term use.

Product application range
★ Hot and cold water pipe systems.

Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ After reaching the heating time, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Place the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings melt completely into one, ensuring a perfect match.
