Pipe connection
★ Follow these meticulous procedures for secure pipe socket connections:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure that both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket are meticulously cleaned.
2. Carefully measure the depth of the socket and accurately mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first to the socket, then to the fitting, ensuring a thorough and even coating.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the newly bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimum results.
★ To ensure safety while using adhesives, adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents strictly as required, limiting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment with adequate ventilation at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction work below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the length of each saw pipe based on precise measurements and connected fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to ensure clean cuts without deformation. The socket area should be filed into a 15°-30° groove with careful attention to length and depth, ensuring debris is cleared post-groove.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a gentle detergent like acetone. Allow the connection to cure in a static position, adjusting curing time for winter conditions as necessary.
