Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specific hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is achieved, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a perfect match as pipes and fittings seamlessly melt into one cohesive unit.
