Pipe Connection
★ The primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, use hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure secure fittings.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected, and mark the necessary insertion depth for precision.
2. Next, carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding; observe a slight melt ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
