Pipe connection
★ Ensure precision with our pipe socket connection method, meticulously followed as outlined below:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive to ensure a strong bond.
2. Accurately measure and mark the pipe port to match the socket depth for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and followed by the fitting, ensuring thorough coverage.
4. Align carefully, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and give a 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean and neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until fully cured, ensuring optimum durability.
★ Follow these safety protocols for adhesive use to guarantee safe and effective bonding:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents sparingly, restricting access to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring no open flames are present and that ventilation is adequate.
3. Avoid working in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using direct heat to cure adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with protective gloves, and in the event of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously, layer by layer, based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines to ensure a smooth, undistorted cut. For optimal bonding, fashion a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a groove length of at least 3mm. The groove depth should be 1/3 to 1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Post-grooving, thoroughly clear away any debris.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean away any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure statically, adjusting the curing time according to both adhesive performance and climatic conditions, with special considerations for winter installations.
