Pipe connection
★ Ensure flawless pipe socket connections by strictly adhering to the following procedures:
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe appropriately.
3. Apply the adhesive carefully, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring uniform and proper coverage.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked area in one motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Thoroughly wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is completely cured.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as required; they should not be handled by non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames near the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.


Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for accurate cuts. Ensure fractures are flat and sections remain undeformed. File the socket part to be glued into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, with a groove length not less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.

Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, gently scrub away any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dampened with a mild detergent like acetone. Let the assembly stand undisturbed until the interface is cured in alignment with adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately for winter construction.
