Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of the pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be joined. Ensure the heating parameters comply with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings, and insert straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a flawless connection with pipes and fittings that completely melt into one unified structure.
