Pipe Connection
★ After assembling the piping, accurately mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end for precision.
★ Thoroughly clean the end faces of pipes and fittings. Carefully thread the pipe into the joint cover to ensure a snug fit.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machinery for a flawless connection.
★ Once the appropriate heating time is achieved, swiftly remove and insert the pipe and fittings simultaneously in a straight line, without rotation, to the marked depth. This creates a consistent flange at the joint.
