Pipe connection
★ Primary pipeline connection methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal performance and secure fittings.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is advised to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure a robust and reliable fit.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, select flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility and security.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the necessary insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare it for a secure and effective fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for an optimal connection.
4. Conduct the electrical welding process, observing a slight melt emerging from the hole, which indicates proper welding.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with meticulous precision and reliability.
