Pipe connection
★ Ensure precise pipe socket connections by following these meticulous procedures:
1. Before bonding, meticulously wipe both the pipe socket and fitting socket clean.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive with care: paint the socket first, followed by the fitting socket evenly and appropriately.
4. Align the direction, insert it to the marked part quickly, and execute a smooth 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket meticulously.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal strength.
★ The safe use of adhesives necessitates adherence to the following guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as required, preventing unauthorized usage by non-operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points, ensuring excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, flush immediately with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely, layer by layer, according to measured measurements and connected pipe fitting dimensions. Opt for fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure the fracture is flat with no section deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. Aim for a groove length of no less than 3mm, with a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. After completing the groove, promptly clear away debris.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, meticulously clean the extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth soaked in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to remain static until the interface is cured based on adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction.
