Pipe Connection

1. Thoroughly clean the pipe and fitting sockets before bonding for optimal adhesion.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port to ensure precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, coating both the socket and the pipe to ensure a strong bond.
4. Align correctly and insert swiftly into the marked part, turning 1/4 for secure attachment.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface fully cures, ensuring a robust connection.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for adhesive use to ensure a secure and hazard-free experience:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves. If adhesive contact occurs with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length for each layer based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for a clean cut without deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a depth of 3mm and a thickness between 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove all debris post-grooving for a smooth finish.
Socket Protection:
After connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with cotton or dry cloth and detergent. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and weather conditions, extending curing time during winter for durability.
