Pipe connection
★ Ensure a secure fit with our precise pipe socket connection, requiring adherence to the following detailed procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both pipe and fitting sockets prior to bonding for optimal adhesion.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port to ensure precise alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive correctly, coating the socket first, followed by the pipe, making sure the application is even and sufficient.
4. Carefully align and insert the pipes, rotating them 1/4 turn for a perfect fit at the marked position.
5. Immediately remove any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured for maximum strength.
★ Adhere to safety protocols when using adhesives with the following guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; restrict access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain good ventilation and eliminate open flames at bonding sites for a safe working environment.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to cure adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length accurately based on precise measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Utilize fine-toothed saws or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts with no sectional deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove for adhesion, ensuring a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving for a perfect bond.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with suitable solvents like acetone. Allow the bonded interface to cure statically, adjusting curing time based on adhesive properties and climatic conditions. Extend curing time during winter for optimal results.
