Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Then, thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat both the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine in use.
★ Once the heating time is met, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
★ The pipes and fittings meld seamlessly into one unit, achieving a truly perfect match.
