Pipe connection
★ Adhere to strict procedures for optimal pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before starting the bonding process.
2. Measure the socket's depth and mark the pipe port accurately.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and then the fitting, ensuring a balanced and suitable coating.
4. Align components precisely, insert into the marked section in one motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal durability.
★ Ensure the safe use of adhesives with these guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain excellent ventilation at the bonding site, strictly avoiding open flames.
3. Avoid construction when temperatures drop below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, flush immediately with water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on actual measurements and connection fittings. Choose fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure smooth, deformation-free edges. Create a 15°-30° groove for bonding, with a depth of at least 3mm, comprising 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-grooving for a flawless finish.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a cloth with a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow to set until cured, adjusting time for winter conditions. Enjoy a secure and reliable installation.
