Pipe connection
★ For secure pipe connections, adhere strictly to the following procedures:
1. Ensure both pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe end accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, painting first the socket and then the pipe end.
4. Align correctly, insert up to the marked part in one step, and turn 1/4 to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safe adhesive use guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as needed, restricting access to trained personnel.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding area, and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire for adhesive curing.
4. Workers should wear protective gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe based on precise measurements of each connected fitting. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure a flat cut with no section deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a length not less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with a cloth and solvent like acetone. Allow to cure based on adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
