Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the ends of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove pipes and fittings, and insert them evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post welding.
