Optimal Pipe Connection Procedures
★ Post-assembly, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings. Ensure the pipe is properly threaded into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings to the recommended parameters specified by the machine.
★ Upon reaching the required heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a flawless integration as pipes and fittings melt into a single, perfectly matched unit.
