Pipe Connection
★ Key Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or reliable electrofusion connection.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, we recommend the use of hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
3. For interfacing with metal pipes and accessories, employ flange connection or transition pipe connection for secure integration.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface to be connected and marking the required insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off the pipe's outer layer to prepare for connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both pipes remain straight and co-axial.
4. Perform the electric welding process, ensuring a small melt emerges from the observation hole, confirming a proper connection.
5. Allow the connection to cool, signifying the completion of the electric melting process and a secure bond.
