Pipe connection
★ For seamless pipeline integration, the primary connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, utilize flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Align the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and on the same axis.
4. Perform the electric weld, checking for slight melt ejection as an indicator.
5. Allow for cooling, and the electric melting process will be complete.
