Pipe connection
★ For optimal results, adhere strictly to the following pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting before applying any bonding agent.
2. Precisely measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port to ensure accuracy.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe socket, for a uniform coat.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked depth, then rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket surface for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the joint is fully cured.
★ Ensure safety with adhesives by following these critical precautions:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restrict to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites with excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC; never use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves; in case of eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length from measured dimensions per layer, using fine-tooth saws or cutting machines. Ensure cuts are smooth, free from deformation. File socket ends into a 15°-30° groove, maintaining a depth of 1/3-1/2 pipe wall thickness, ensuring debris removal post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton or dry cloth and detergent. Allow curing based on adhesive properties and climate, extending time for winter projects.
