Pipe Connection
★ The primary methods for connecting pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for a hot melt socket or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, the recommended techniques are hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections for superior durability.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and accessories, consider using flange connections or transition pipe connections for added versatility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and marking the appropriate insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis to prepare the surface.
3. Slip the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned along the same axis.
4. During welding, observe for a slight emission of melt from the hole, which is a sign of proper execution.
5. Once electric melting is complete, allow adequate time for cooling.
