★ The primary methods for connecting pipelines are as follows:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
3. Connect with metal pipes and accessories using flange connections or transition pipes.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt off the pipe ends to be connected and mark the depth of insertion.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Fit the electrofusion fittings over the pipe, ensuring it stays straight and aligned.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, monitoring for a small amount of melt to be expelled for observation.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process effectively.
