Pipe connection
★ Ensure a seamless pipe socket connection by meticulously following these essential procedures:
1. Begin by thoroughly wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket clean before the bonding process.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive with precision; coat the socket first, followed by the fitting socket, ensuring an even and appropriate layer.
4. Align direction perfectly, insert into the marking in one swift motion, and execute a gentle 1/4 turn twist.
5. Be diligent in wiping away any excess adhesive from the socket for a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface reaches full cure, establishing a robust connection.
★ Adhere to safety protocols for adhesive usage by following these critical guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; restrict access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites and ensure excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction temperatures below -10ºC, and never apply direct heat to adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of accidental adhesive eye contact, rinse immediately with copious water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously, considering measured layer dimensions and fitting connections. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure clean, deformation-free sections. File socket parts needing glue to a 15°-30° groove, not less than 3mm in length, with a groove thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Post-grooving, remove debris thoroughly.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse excess adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened in mild detergent like acetone. Allow static curing based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time appropriately in winter conditions.
