Pipe Connection Methodologies
★ The primary pipeline connection techniques available:
1. For dn≤63, employ either hot melt socket connections or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections;
3. For linking with metal pipes and accessories, utilize flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Thoroughly clean any dirt from the pipes to be linked and measure the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape off the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Position the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and axis consistency.
4. Proceed with the welding; ensure a slight melt ejects for observation.
5. Finalize with cooling to complete the electrofusion process.
