Pipe Connection
★Achieve optimal results with our pipe socket connections by following these precise procedures:
1. Ensure a spotless bond by thoroughly cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket before application.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe before proceeding.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate layer.
4. Align accurately, insert into the marked position in one motion, and complete with a 1/4 turn rotation for secure placement.
5. Neatly remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface cures completely.
★Ensure safe use of adhesives with these essential guidelines:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaners as needed, ensuring non-operators do not handle them.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with optimal ventilation.
3. Avoid construction under -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, flush with ample water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Expertly determine the saw pipe length by measuring layer-by-layer in accordance with each connected fitting's dimensions. Employ fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for a precise, flat cut without section deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a minimum length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving for a pristine surface.
Socket Protection:
After securing the socket connection, meticulously clean excess adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until the bond cures fully, adjusting curing time accordingly for winter conditions.
